摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核患者Th1、Th2、Treg及Th17免疫应答的情况。方法选取我院进行体检的健康志愿者40例作为对照组,另选取同期在我院进行治疗的肺结核患者40例作为研究组,对两组进行外周血中的Th1、Th2、Treg及Th17免疫应答检测。结果研究组外周血中的Th1、Th7含量低于对照组(P<0.05),而Th2、Treg则高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过研究发现,肺结核患者的疾病变化情况同Th1、Th2、Treg及Th17免疫应答失衡有紧密关系。Objective To investigate the clinical study ofThl, Th2, Treg and Thl7 immune responses in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis： Methods 40 healthy volunteers were selected as control group in our hospital, at the same time, 40 cases of tuberculosis patients who were treated in our hospital for the same period were selected as the research group, peripheral blood Th1, Th2, Treg and Th17 immune response was detected in two groups. Results The content of Thl and Th7 in the peripheral blood of the study group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, while the Th2 and Treg were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is found that the change of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients is closely related to the imbalance of Th1, Th2, Treg and Th17 immune response.
