无针注射胰岛素在糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的对无针注射胰岛素在糖尿病患者中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取我院于2015年12月—2016年12月收治的糖尿病患者中随机抽取118例患者作为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组,每组各59例患者,并分别被给予有针注射胰岛素和无针注射胰岛素,对两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果实验组患者血糖水平更加接近正常水平、糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组患者,注射胰岛素达峰值时间短于对照组患者,血药浓度峰值及曲线下面积高于对照组患者,组间对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用无针注射的方式为患者注射胰岛素,能够有效改善患者血糖水平、降低患者糖化血红蛋白水平,并促进患者胰岛素药代动力学得到优化。Objective To analyze the effect of needling insulin injection in diabetic patients. Methods 118 diabetic patients in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected as the research object and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 59 patients in each group, and given injections of insulin and insulin needle free injection, the effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results The blood glucose levels was more closer to normal levels in experimental group, glycated hemoglobin levels in experimental group was lower than the control group, insulin injection peak time was shorter than the control group, the peak area under the curve of blood concentration was higher than in the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Injection of insulin into patients without needle injection can effectively improve the blood glucose level and reduce the level of glycosylated hemoglobin, and promote the pharmacokinetics of insulin.
