皮肤性病应用不同剂量米诺环素的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析不同剂量米诺环素治疗皮肤性病的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月来我院就诊的99例皮肤性病患者,随机分为三组,每组33例。A组患者服用50 mg米诺环素,B组服用75 mg米诺环素,C组服用100 mg米诺环素,比较临床疗效及副作用。结果临床疗效,A组较之B组及A组较之C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但B、C两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率,A、B两组和B、C两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A、C组间数据相差较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当前临床以100 mg作为推荐剂量,若患者受困于药物副作用可降低剂量,单次口服75 mg,可在保证药效的同时提高服药安全性。Objective To analyze clinical curative effect of different doses of minocycline in the treatment of skin venereal disease. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 99 cases of STD patients who came to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into three groups, 33 cases in each group. A group of patients was treated with 50 mg minocycline, B group was treated with 75 mg, C group was treated with 100 rag, comparison of clinical efficacy and side effects was carried out. Results Clinical efficacy among A group, B group and C group had statistical significance difference（P 〈 0.05）, however, there was no significant difference between B and C groups （P 〉 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions had no significant difference among A group and B groups and C group （P 〉 0.05）, however, the difference between A group and C group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The current clinical dose of 100 mg is applied as the recommended, if the patients have drug side effects, the dose can be rudeced, a single oral 75 mg, thus can ensure efficacy while improving medication safety.
