摘 要:目的采用紫外线消毒车、三氧消毒机和循环风空气消毒机3种消毒方法对门诊采血室内空气进行消毒并比较其监测效果。方法分别采用紫外线消毒车、三氧消毒机和循环风空气消毒机3种消毒方法对我市中心医院门诊采血室内空气进行消毒。选用自然沉降法采集样本。比较三种消毒方法消毒前、消毒后及开始采血后1 h、2 h、3 h、4 h各时间点空气菌落。结果三种消毒方法均消毒合格;消毒后采血室内空气菌落数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);开始采血后1 h,三组采血室内空气菌落数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),开始采血后2 h、3 h、4 h,三组采血室内空气菌落数差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用循环风空气消毒机对门诊采血室内空气进行消毒,可实现对环境空气的持续循环消毒,其消毒效果优于紫外线和臭氧消毒方法。Objective To explore the disinfection effects of ultraviolet ray, ozone disinfector and circulating air disinfector of air disinfecting in outpatient blood collection room. Methods In outpatient blood collection room, air was disinfected by ultraviolet ray, ozone disinfector and circulating air disinfector. The flora number in air before and after disinfection and 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h after blood collection were compared by natural precipitation method. Results After disinfection, the effect of 3 methods were all valid and had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). 1 h after blood collection, no significant difference was showed in flora number by 3 methods (P 〉 0.05). In 2 h, 3 h and 4 h after blood collection, there was significant difference of flora number by 3 methods (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Taken circulating air disinfector has been successfully applied to the disinfection of air. The disinfection effects were superior to ultraviolet ray and ozone disinfector.
