护理干预在妇科腹腔镜术后预防下肢静脉血栓形成的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析妇科腹腔镜术后患者实施护理干预预防下肢静脉血栓形成的临床价值。方法选择我院2016年2月—2017年3月收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者70例,依据患者护理方法的差异性合理划分。运用基础护理模式的35例患者为参照组,运用护理干预的35例患者为研究组,最后对两组手术患者的护理效果进行判定。结果住院天数和手术用时研究组较比参照组更短,下肢静脉血栓发生率研究组低于参照组,研究组满意度比参照组更高,(均P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜术后实施护理干预,可以使下肢静脉血栓的发生率降低,患者住院期间的满意度也会有所提升,对其康复也可以起到促进作用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of nursing intervention in prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremity after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Seventy patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided according to the differences of patient care methods. Thirty-five patients in the basic nursing model were used as the reference group, and 35 patients in the nursing intervention group were used as the research group. Finally, the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results The days of hospitalization and surgery were shorter in the study group than in the reference group. The incidence of venous thrombosis in the study group was lower than that of the reference group. The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Satisfaction of patients during hospitalization will also be improved, which may also promote their recovery.
