摘　　要：目的探讨中药沐足结合护理干预在下肢静脉曲张护士中的应用效果。方法选取某三甲综合性医院患有下肢静脉曲张的临床护士60例为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组研究对象均行基础护理,对照组采用医用的循序减压弹力袜进行治疗,观察组实施中药沐足结合护理干预措施。2个月后比较两组患者疗效。结果观察组研究对象静脉曲张恢复总有效率高于对照组,观察组研究对象经过3个疗程的治疗,痊愈12例,显效l3例,有效4例;对照组分别为痊愈5例,显效8例,有效9例;观察组、对照组临床治愈率和总有效率分别为40.00%、96.67%和16.67%、73.33%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药沐足结合护理干预可以改善下肢静脉曲张的临床症状。Objective To explore the application effect of soaking feet with traditional Chinese medicine combining nursing intervention in patients with varicose vein of lower limbs. Methods Sixty cases of clinical nurses with varicose vein of lower limbs in a general hospital were selected as the research object with random digital table method. There were two groups of 30 cases Two groups of subjects were both given basic nursing care, and the control group was treated with medical graduated elastic compression, and the observation group carried out soaking feet with traditional Chinese medicine combining nursing intervention. Two months later, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients with varicose vein of lower limbs was significantly higher than the control group. After 3 courses of treatment, in the observation group, 12 cases were cured, markedly effective in 3 cases and effective in 4 cases. In control group were, 5 cases were cured, markedly effective in 8 cases and effective in 9 cases; the clinical cure rate and total effective rate in observation group and control group were 40.00%, 96.67% and 16.67%, 73.33% respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Soaking feet with traditional Chinese medicine combining nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms of varicose vein of lower limbs.
