摘 要:选用10种不同纺纱工艺制备的18.2tex(32S)仪纶纯纺、仪纶/精梳棉混纺、精梳棉纯纺针织纱线,在圆纬机上与2.2tex(20D)氨纶交织织制平针添纱织物。测试与分析了针织纱线和平针添纱织物的抗起毛起球性能。结果显示:纺纱工艺对仪纶平针添纱织物的抗起毛起球等级和起球数量有显著影响,赛络纺平针添纱织物的抗起毛起球等级优于环锭纺织物0.5级左右,赛络紧密纺平针添纱织物的抗起毛起球等级优于环锭纺织物1.0级左右;相同纺纱方式下的仪纶/精梳棉混纺平针添纱织物的抗起毛起球等级和起球粒数均有所改善,且随着混纺纱中精梳棉比例的增加,改善效果更好。10 types of yarns with different spinning technology of ring spinning, siro spinning and siro compact spinning were selected to produce 18.2 tex (32s) Yilon. combed cottonand Yilon/combed cotton blended yarns. Then these yarns were interknitted with 2.2 tex (20D) spandex to produce weft plating knitted fabrics respectively. The properties of yarns and anti-fuzzing-pilling performance of fabrics were tested. The experimental results showed that the anit-fuzzing-pilling performance of the Yilon weft plating knitted fabrics were affected by different spinning technologies, while these from siro spinning was 0.5 grade higher than ring spinning and siro compact spinning was 1.0 grade higher. Compared with pure Yilon weft plating knitted fabrics, both anit-fuzzing-pilling grade and pilling number of Yilon/combed cotton knitted fabrics were significantly improved under the same spinning technology and improved with the increasing of the proportion of combed cotton of the blended yarn, the larger the proportion, the better the performance of anti-fuzzing-pilling.
