面向多层次赋时Petri网的维修动作要素时间度量方法研究

摘　　要：针对装备研制阶段维修时间度量缺乏有效方法的问题,探讨了一种基于虚拟维修模型的维修动作要素(简称动素)时间度量方法,为后续深入开展基于多层次赋时Petri网(HTPN)的维修时间度量奠定基础。首先,在虚拟维修仿真的基础上,按照维修事件分层设计的方法,提出了"维修事件-维修活动-维修动素"的维修过程层次化分解结构。针对底层维修动素时间度量问题,提出了基于改进模特法的维修动素时间度量方法。然后,将维修动素流程数据映射至Petri网,构建了基于HTPN的维修过程模型。最后,通过实例对上述方法进行了应用分析。Aiming at the lack of effective method for the initial maintenance time measurement in the equipment development stage, a method of maintenance momentum measurement based on virtual maintenance model was discussed in order to lay foundation for the further development of the maintenance time based on Hierarchy Time Petri Net （HTPN）. Firstly, on the basis of virtual maintenance simulation, according to the hierarchical design of maintenance events, a hierarchical decomposition structure of the maintenance process of ＂maintenance events-maintenance activities-maintenance initiatives＂ was proposed. And aiming at the problem of maintenance therblig time measurement at the bottom, a method of maintenance therblig time measurement based on improved model method was proposed. Then, the maintenance process data were mapped to the Petri net, and the maintenance process model based on HTPN was constructed. Finally, the application of the above method was analyzed.
