摘 要:目的分析某市传染病医院青年医师职业压力现状及影响因素,为医院人力资源管理部门快速了解青年医师职业压力现状提供实践依据。方法基于人力资源管理的实际工作需要和传染病医院青年医师的职业特点设计并使用问卷调查,重点考察工作压力强度、工作与兴趣契合度、收入满意度及工作压力源等内容。结果 97.0%的青年医师表示正处于工作压力状态。超过半数的青年医师表示工作风险高、医患关系不和谐、劳动强度大。性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职称对青年医师工作压力的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工作兴趣完全符合与工作兴趣不符合的医师在"不适应管理者的管理方式""医患关系不和谐"方面的压力感知达到显著性水平(P<0.05)。收入很满意与收入不满意、收入基本满意与收入不满意的医师在"不适应管理者的管理方式"方面的压力感知达到显著性水平(P<0.05)。结论传染病医院青年医师工作压力普遍存在,压力形成是个人、医院、社会多方面因素共同作用的结果,文章从微观、中观、宏观提出建议和对策,缓解传染病医院青年医师的职业压力。Objective To analyze the occupational stress status and influencing factors of young doctors in the infectious disease hospital, and quickly understand occupational stress status to provide the practice basis for the human resource management department. Methods Based on the actual work needs of human resource management and the professional characteristics of young doctors in the infectious disease hospital, the study used questionnaire survey to focus on intensity of work pressure, occupational interest, job satisfaction with income, and pressure source, etc. Results Ninety - seven percent of young doctors indicated they were under stress. More than half of young doctors indicated they had a high risk of work, poor doctor - patient relations, and strong labor force. The in- fluences of gender, age, marital status, job title to occupational stress were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). In terms of "not adapt to the manager's management style" and "harmonious doctor - patient relationship", the influ- ence of "working with interest fully" to "work completely out of line with interest" reached significant level (P 〈 0.05 ). In terms of "not adapt to the manager's management style", the influences of "satisfactory income fully" to "dissatisfied income" and "satisfactory income" to "dissatisfied income" respectively reached significant level (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The young doctors in the infectious disease hospital have common occupational stress. The for- mation of stress is a combination of people, hospitals and society. The study put forward suggestions and countermeas- ures from personal, hospital and society together to alleviate the pressure of young doctors in the infectious disease hospital.
