摘　　要：系统模拟伴随计算机计算能力的增长和软件开发的成熟,历经萌芽、成长、成熟三阶段后,现进入人工智能时代。系统模拟在军事领域已得到广泛应用,美军最先开发并使用。在卫勤系统模拟领域,美军开发多套模拟系统,用于伤病员分析、卫勤训练等。我军在卫勤系统模拟方面也取得丰硕的研究成果,主要集中在卫勤指挥和训练、军事医疗装备等方面。With the progress of computing power and software development, system simulation has entered the era of artificial intelligence after undergoing the periods of germination, growing and maturing. System simula- tion has been widely used in military field, firstly applied in US army. The US army has developed several sets of simulation systems on medical service, which are used to analyze the sick and wounded and train medical service, etc. Our army has gained fruitful research achievements on simulation systems for medical service as well, mainly on medical service commanding, training, military medical treatment equipments and so on.
