摘　　要：文章立足于医师多点执业政策,通过对该政策的价值分析,阐述其存在的必要性,以及实际执行过程中面临的困境。以此为基础,探索医师多点执业政策落实的现实路径,为医师多点执业的实施提供参考。This paper explained the necessity of the doctors＇ multi - sited license policy and the dilemma of its implementation in the actual operation procedures to emphasize the value of it. On this basis, this paper also ex- plore the actual paths of the execution of doctors＇ multi - sited license in order to provide a reference for the imple- mentation of doctors＇ multi - sited license.
