摘　　要：文章围绕物资集中采购改革方向,结合新形势下医用物资采购合法合规与优质高效的辩证关系问题;介绍搞好顶层设计、重塑新型采购模式,扎牢防腐篱笆、确保依法廉洁采购,创新方法举措、着力破解采购难题等方面的主要做法及成效;对医用物资采购核心问题、重点领域、关键环节进行探讨,不断提高依法廉洁采购执行力和物资保障质量效益。This paper focuses on the reform of centralized material procurement by introducing the main methods and effects including achieving the top - level design of medical supplies centralized procurement and pro- curement module reshaped, preventing corruption and ensuring the legitimacy and integrity of procurement, and making innovation measures and trouble - shooting in the purchase. All of these researches involved the dialectical relationship of the legality and compliance, and high quality and efficiency. As the core problems, focusing areas and important links of the medical supplies procurement were considered, it is believed that this research will be beneficial for the enhancement of the legitimate and upright purchase executive force and the quality efficiency of material logistics.
