摘　　要：在社会工作实践的过程中,伦理困境是不可避免的问题,尤其是新兴的医务社会工作领域中的伦理困境更为凸显。有时医务社会工作者对于面临的伦理困境所采取的态度与处理方式,往往会影响医务社会工作实务的开展成效,不当的处理方式甚至会令医务社会工作者对专业的认同度降低。文章结合医务社会工作实务中的伦理困境具体表现进行相应的思考分析,并对医务社会工作实务中的伦理困境处理提出建议与对策。In the process of social work practice, ethical dilemmas are inevitable difficulties, especially the emerging of ethical dilemmas in the field of medical social work. Sometimes, the attitude and the approach when medical social workers facing the ethical dilemmas often have impacts on medical social work practice. Improper handling can make the identification of the professional for medical social work reduced. Therefore, this paper mainly discusses that under the background of ethical dilemmas, which kind of measures should be taken by medi- cal social workers.
