摘　　要：阿富汗战争造成大量的军人和平民伤亡,北约军队积累大量伤员救治经验。检索已公开的坎大哈、巴斯顿、喀布尔3所野战医院关于战伤伤员救治的相关文献,分析野战医院的特点,对比救治理念、伤员数量、伤情分布和救治模式,提出我军海外行动卫勤保障应考虑改进单兵防护装具和战场自救装备、重视IED损伤的防护和救治、强化空运医疗后送能力等建议,为我军海外行动卫勤保障提供启发和借鉴。The mass casualties of the military person and civilian in the Afghanistan war made the NATO troops accumulate a lot of experiences in combat wounds remedy. We had reviewed the open literatures about three combat hospitals in Kandahar, Bastion and Kabul, analyzed the characters and contrasted the conviction in remedy, quantity of casualties, distribution of injury and pattern in rescue. In order to provide inspiration and reference for medical service supply in oversea operation of PLA, we suggested to improve the personal protect and first aid equip- ment, focus on the protection and rescue to IED, and reinforce the ability to aero medical evacuate
