弱导矩形光波导的准TEM模分析方法

摘　　要：本文基于准TEM模假设,推导了非对称的及对称的矩形光波导的特征方程。准TEM模假设对弱导光波导是一个相当精确的近似。而由此假设所导致的特征方程具有简洁的形式,可以用图解法求解,所得的解,除了在截止点附近以外与用其他更严格的方法所得到的解吻合得相当好。Based on the quasi-TEM Mode assumption, the characteristic equations of the rectangular optical waveguides were obtained in this paper. These characteristic equations are not only simple and understandable but also quite accurate for weakly guiding optical waveguides. They can be solved by the graphical method, and the results are coincide very well with those obtained by other more accurate methods except for the area close to the cut points.
