新型毒品吸食者多性伴性行为特征及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解新型毒品吸食者多性伴性行为发生情况并探讨其影响因素。方法抽取成都市强制戒毒所的新型毒品吸食者进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 220名调查对象中,男性占78.6%（173人）,20~29岁占42.9%（94/219）。33.7%（83人）的承认自己有多性伴性行为,74.5%（164人）的表示其有固定性伴,18.2%（40人）的承认其发生过商业性行为,29.1%（64人）的发生过临时性行为。多因素Logistic回归分析显示：性别、吸食年限、吸食频率、每次吸毒平均花费为多性伴的影响因素（P〈0.05）。结论新型毒品吸食者易发生多性伴行为、无保护性行为,应开展综合干预措施,减少不安全性行为的发生。Objective To estimate the incidence of sexual behaviors of multiple sexual partners and to explore the related factors among the synthetic drug users.Methods Face-to-face questionnaire interview was conducted on the synthetic drug users recruited from the drug rehabilitation centers.The data were analyzed with SPSS21.0 software.Results Among the 220 subjects,men accounted for 78.6% （173）,and 42.9% （94/219）aged between 20-29 years.33.7% （83）reported that they had several sexual partners.74.5% （164）reported that they had regular partners.Multiple regression results showed that gender,years of drug addicting,frequency of drug use,the average cost of per drug use were the risk factors of sexual behaviors of multiple sexual partner.18.2% （40）reported that they had commercial sex behavior.29.1% reported that they had temporary sex behavior（p〈0.05）.Conclusion Synthetic drug users have several sexual partners and unprotected sexual behavior.It＇s necessary to implement a comprehensive prevention program,to reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors and spreading of sexually transmitted diseases among drug users.
