摘 要:针对集装箱跨运车采用模块化装配的装配公差优化设计,提出在三维模型的基础上建立CETOL公差模型,并给出了公差优化设计方法,阐述了公差设计理论。以集装箱跨运车下横梁模块和立柱模块之间的装配公差优化设计为实例,在公差分配、公差分析的循环过程中以设计公差要求为目标,以装配成功率为参考,最终得到满足设计要求的公差方案,即设计装配公差要求±0.5 mm的实现概率超过98%。这种公差设计方法将公差理论与实际应用结合起来,提出可应用到产品生产过程中的装配公差方案,实现快速高效装配,节约生产成本,具有较大的实用价值。In view of optimized tolerance to assemble the gantry type container carrier in a modular way there is provided a tolerance model to be constructed and based on a 3-D model, while giving how to optimize the tolerance, describing the tolerance design theory. An actual instance has been taken for an optimal assembly tolerance between the handler s lower cross beam module and the module of the post. Along this process the target is set of the design tolerance requirements during the cycle of tolerance distribution and analyses while referring to the rate of successful assembly, and finally getting a solution that meets the design requirements, i.e.the tolerance has to be ±0.5 mm,and the effective possibility to be exceeding 98%.This way is a combination of tolerance theory with actual application, which can offer a logic solution to products assembly, thus speeding up the assembly procedure, saving the productivity cost, and having considerable application value.
