摘  要:液晶被誉为是物质的第四态,其分子结构取向有序,同时具有液态的流动性和固态的晶体结构,可分为溶致液晶和热致液晶两大类。近年来对液晶的研究越来越多,液晶技术广泛运用于纳米材料、化工和医药等领域。近年来的研究成果表明,溶致液晶具有良好的药物增溶能力、保护药物作用、药物载体作用及作为药物缓控释基质作用等功能,本文主要综述了溶致液晶在外用制剂中的研究近况,主要包括液晶的概述、液晶的分类及结构、液晶的制备、液晶的表征及液晶技术的应用5个部分。The molecular structure of liquid crystal (LC) is ordered in order, and it has the characteristics of liquid flow and solid crystal structure. So, it is regarded as the fourth state of matter. Lots of researches have been done on the LC. LC can be divided into two categories: thermotropic liquid crystal and lyotropic liquid crystal (LLC). Thermotropic liquid crystal is mainly used in liquid crystal display devices, color liquid crystal film and other chemical fields. On the contrary, LLC is mainly used in medicine field, and it includes in the following three categories: lamellar liquid crystal, cubic liquid crystal and hexagonal liquid crystal. Recent research results show that LLC has many functions like that good ability to solubilize drugs, roles as drug carrier and as controlled- and sustained-release matrix. LLC has significant effects especially in the use of topical preparation. In this paper, the research status of LC, the classification and structure of LC, the preparation of LC, the characterization of LC and the application of LC technology are reviewed.
