贞芪扶正胶囊中8个成分的UPLC-波长切换法测定

摘　　要：建立了超高效液相色谱-波长切换法测定贞芪扶正胶囊中的黄芪甲苷(1)、女贞苷(2)、毛蕊异黄酮苷(3)、特女贞苷(4)、红景天苷(5)、熊果酸(6)、齐墩果酸(7)和芒柄花素(8)8种主要成分。采用Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶水为流动相,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm(1、6、7)、220 nm(2、4、5)和250 nm(3、8)。结果 1～8分别在1.2～24、1.2～24、0.8～16、4.5～90、3.0～60、0.5～10、1.5～30和0.5～10μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.73%～99.33%,RSD为2.41%～3.50%。An UPLC combined with wavelength switching method was established for the determination of astragaloside IV （1）, ligustroflavone （2）, calycosin 7-O-13-D-glucoside （3）, specnuezhenide （4）, salidroside （5）, ursolic acid （6）, oleanolic acid （7） and formononetin （8） in Zhenqi Fuzheng capsules. A Waters Symmetry Cls column was used, with the mobile phase of acetonitrile ： water by gradient elution. Compounds 1, 6 and 7 were detected at 210 nm, compounds 2, 4 and 5 at 220 nm, and compounds 3 and 8 at 250 nm. The linear ranges for the above eight components were 1.2-24, 1.2-24, 0.8-16, 4.5-90, 3.0-60, 0.5-10, 1.5-30 and 0.5-10μg/ml, respectively. Their average recoveries were 96.73 %-99.33 %, with RSDs of 2.41%-3.50%.
