银杏外种皮多糖研究进展

摘　　要：银杏是我国古老的树种,其果实具有保健、药用价值,而银杏外种皮由于其具有特殊的臭味常在生产中被丢弃,因而对其利用甚少。研究表明,银杏外种皮中含有酚酸、挥发油和多糖等成分,银杏外种皮多糖具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗衰老等生物活性。笔者等对银杏外种皮多糖目前的研究进行归纳综述,以为相关研究工作者提供参考。Semen Ginkgo is an ancient species in China. Its fruit has health care and medicinal value. However,Semen Ginkgo are poorly utilized due to their unusual odor,which is often discarded during production process. Currently,studies show that the seedouter coat contains phenolic acids,volatile oil and polysaccharides and other ingredients. It has been reported that Semen Ginkgo polysaccharides have antioxidant,anti-cancer,anti-aging and other biological activities. The authors summarized the current research on Semen Ginkgo polysaccharides,so as to provide references for related research.
