摘  要:探讨棘豆对小鼠体内氧自由基代谢的影响。将40只小鼠分为2组,分别灌服黄花棘豆水煎液和生理盐水0.25 m L/只,连灌40 d。末次灌胃后断头处死,取出有关组织脏器,测定SOD、MDA、GSH-Px等指标。结果表明,与对照组小鼠相比,试验组小鼠心脏中的SOD含量显著升高(P〈0.05),其他组织中SOD活性差异不显著;心脏、肾脏中的MDA含量均显著降低(P〈0.05),其他组织中MDA含量差异不显著;心脏、肾脏中的GSH-Px活性均显著升高(P〈0.05),其他组织中GSH-Px活性差异不显著。说明棘豆对小鼠具有一定的抗氧化、抗衰老作用。In order to observe the effects of Oxytropis ochrocephala on the activity and contents of SOD,GSH-Px and MDA in mice viscera,40 mice were divided into 2 groups. 1% O.ochrocephala decoction and saline were administrated by lavage to each for continuous 40 d,respectively. Mice were decapitated and heart,liver,spleen,lung,and kidney were removed after the last administration. The contents of SOD,GSH-Px,and MDA in heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were determined. Results show that O.ochrocephala could increase the activity of SOD significantly(P〈0.05) in heart. The contents of MDA were significantly lower(P〈0.05)in heart and kidney; the activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased in heart and kidney. So O.ochrocephala can improve the anti-oxidation ability in tissues of mice.
