摘　　要：在相位分析的基础上,提出了一种测量非铁磁性基体金属上非铁磁性金属涂镀层厚度的方法,旨在解决涂镀层金属和基体金属的电导率相近时,涂镀层金属厚度的测量难题。试验结果表明,该方法测量误差≤0.03mm,满足工程应用要求。On the basis of the phase analysis,a method is proposed for measuring the non-magnetic metallic coatings on non-magnetic metallic basis,the aim of it is to solve the above problem.The results of the experiments prove that the method can meet the requirement of the engineering application with the testing error being below0.03 mm.
