米库氯铵在小儿手术中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察米库氯铵在小儿手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取自2014年6月至2016年6月我院收治的小儿手术的病例50例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例,采用阿曲库铵复合麻醉的方法,试验组25例,采用米库氯铵复合麻醉,观察两组患者插管条件和肌松时间。结果骨骼肌松弛效果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论米库氯铵在小儿手术中麻醉中起效较快,安全有效。Objective To observe the anesthetic effect of mivacurium in pediatric surgery. Methods 50 cases from June 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital pediatric surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using the envelope method, 25 cases in the control group, using the method of mivacurium anesthesia, 25 cases of experimental group, using atracurium anesthesia, observe two groups of patients with intubation conditions and muscle relaxation time. Results The skeletal muscle relaxation effect of the experimental group was better than the control group, there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mivacurium in pediatric surgery anesthesia is safe and effective to work faster.
