血浆D-二聚体检测对下肢深静脉血栓的早期诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆D-二聚体检测对下肢深静脉血栓的早期诊断价值。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月在沈阳市第十人民医院就诊的下肢深静脉血栓患者50例为研究组,和50例健康的体检者为对照组,比较两组患者的血浆D-二聚含量。结果两组患者D-二聚体比价,研究组指标为(4012.39±1751.00)μg/L,对照组D-二聚体值为(236.69±57.00)μg/L,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体检对下肢深静脉血栓有诊断意义,并且经济、无创,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the plasma D-dimer testing on the early diagnostic value of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Methods Select in December 2015 to December 2016 in shenyang the tenth people＇s hospital of 50 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis as a team, and 50 cases of healthy physical examination as a control, compared two groups of patients with plasma D-dimer content. Results Two groups of patients with D-dimer comparison, the team indicators （4012.39±1751.00）μg/L, the control group D - dimer value is （236.69±57.00） μg/L, the team is higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma D-dimer check-up is diagnostic significance for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, and economic, noninvasive, is worth popularizing in clinical.
