摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下等离子射频手术系统切除颊黏膜肿瘤的手术护理配合的意义。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月在大连市中心医院进行内镜下等离子射频手术系统切除颊黏膜肿瘤的50例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组25例采取普通护理,试验组25例,采取手术室配合护理,比价两组患者术后感染、出血、涎瘘、腮腺炎。结果两组患者并发症情况比较,试验组并发症发生率为8%,对照组为12%,试验组由于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对内镜下等离子射频手术系统切除颊黏膜肿瘤患者采取积极手术室配合护理,临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the significance of surgical nursing cooperation in the removal of buccal mucosal tumors under endoscopic radiofrequency(RF) surgery. Methods Fifty patients with buccal mucosal tumor resected by endoscopic plasma radio frequency surgeries in Dalian Central Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into test group and control group, while 25 patients in control group were given general nursing. Group of 25 cases, to take the operating room with care, parity two groups of patients with postoperative infection, bleeding, salivary fistula, mumps. Results The incidence of complications in the two groups was 8% in the experimental group and 12% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant in the experimental group(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic RFA surgical removal of patients with buccal mucosal tumors with positive operating room with nursing, the clinical effect is significant, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
