经直肠超声诊断血性精囊炎的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:研究经直肠超声诊断血性精囊炎的临床价值。方法:临床纳入我院2014年11月至2015年11月期间收治的64例血性精囊炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均经病理检查确诊为血性精囊炎。对所有患者进行经直肠超声和经腹部超声检查,观察两种检查方式对血性精囊炎的诊断价值。结果:经腹部超声检查精囊宽度为(0.98±0.26)cm,经直肠超声检查精囊宽度为(1.14±0.25)cm,两种方法测量值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。经直肠超声检出率高达92.19%,明显高于经腹部超声的67.19%(P<0.05)。经直肠超声诊断在腺管扩张、射精管囊肿、精囊囊肿以及射精管钙化检出率均高于经腹部超声(P<0.05)。结论:经直肠超声诊断血性精囊炎患者检出率较高,对精囊炎特征检出率较高,值得临床应用及推广。Objectives： To study the clinical value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of hemorrhagic seminal vesicle. Methods： 64 patients with hemorrhagic seminal vesicle in our hospital from November 2014 to November2015 were selected as the research object,and all the patients were confirmed by pathological examination of hemorrhagic seminal. All patients were diagnosed by transrectal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound,and the diagnosis value of two kinds of examination were observed. Results： The seminal vesicle width was（ 0. 98 ± 0. 26） cm and（ 1. 14 ± 0. 25） cm respectively in transabdominal and transrectal ultrasound examination,with significant difference,P〈0. 05. The diagnostic rate of transrectal ultrasound was 92. 19%,significantly higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound of 67. 19%,P〈0. 05. The diagnostic rates of cystic dilatation,cystic duct cyst,seminal vesicle cyst,and calcification in the ejaculatory duct were all higher than those by transabdominal ultrasound,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The diagnostic rate of transrectal ultrasound is high for patients with hemorrhagic seminal vesicle,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
