慢性前列腺炎患者性功能及性生活质量影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究慢性前列腺炎对患者性功能及性生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年10月至2016年10月入住我院并确诊为慢性前列腺炎患者共266例为试验组研究对象,同时选取266名体检健康的志愿者为对照组研究对象,参照国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分表(NIH-CPSI)、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)和中国早泄患者性功能评价表对两组研究对象的性功能和性生活质量进行评价、对比。结果:慢性前列腺炎组研究对象的NIH-CPSI得分高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),慢性前列腺炎组中伴随阳痿、早泄、性交疼痛等症状的患者数量和比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组研究对象的各项性功能和性生活质量评分均高于慢性前列腺炎组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);慢性前列腺炎组研究对象对性生活满意度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),慢性前列腺炎组研究对象配偶对性生活满意度低于对照组配偶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性前列腺炎会降低患者的性功能和性生活质量。Objectives： To study the effect of chronic prostatitis on the sexual function and quality of life of patients. Methods： A total of 266 patients with chronic prostatitis in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study group,and at the same time,266 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The sexual function and quality of sex life in the two groups were evaluated and contrasted by reference to NIH chronic prostatitis index score sheet（ NIH-CPSI）,the International Index of Erectile Function score sheet-5（ IIEF-5） and the China premature ejaculation sexual function index-5（ CIPE-5）. Results： The scores of NIH-CPSI in the chronic prostatitis group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group（ P〈0. 05）. The number and proportion of patients with chronic prostatitis associated with impotence,premature ejaculation,and intercourse pain were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The scores of sexual function and quality of sexual life in the control group were significantly higher than those in the chronic prostatitis group（ P〈0. 05）. In the chronic prostatitis group,the satisfaction rate of sexual life was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. In the chronic prostatitis group,the spouse had less satisfaction with sexual life than the spouse of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Chronic prostatitis will reduce the patient＇s sexual function and quality of sexual life.
