前列腺按摩配合药物治疗前列腺炎的临床效果及对性功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良前列腺按摩配合药物治疗在前列腺炎患者中的临床效果及对性功能的影响研究。方法:随机抽取2015年11月至2016年12月我院124例前列腺炎患者,根据治疗方案分组,各62例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星片联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上配合改良前列腺按摩。对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后性功能[国际早泄评分指数-5(CIPE-5)、勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)]、负性情绪[焦虑(HAMA)、抑郁(HAMD)]及生活质量(SF-36)评分。结果:(1)临床疗效:经Ridit分析,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)性功能:两组治疗前CIPE-5、IIEF-5评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)负性情绪:两组治疗前HAMA、HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)生活质量:两组治疗前SF-36生活质量各领域评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予前列腺炎药物治疗配合改良前列腺按摩,可有效改善患者性功能,临床效果显著,进而有利于消除其负性情绪、提高并改善生活质量。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect of modified prostate massage combined with drug therapy on patients with prostatitis. Methods： 124 prostatitis patients in Dongguan Houjie Hospital from November 2015 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group. The control group was given combined treatment of Levofloxacin Tablets and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules. On the basis of the treatment of control group,the observation group received modified prostate massage. The clinical curative effect and function of international premature ejaculation（ CIPE-5）-5 score index,index of erectile function-5（ IIEF-5） ],the negative emotions of anxiety and depression（ HAMA,HAMD） ]and the quality of life（ SF-36） score of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results：（ 1） The clinical curative effect： by Ridit analysis,the observation group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.（ 2） For sexual function： before treatment,the two groups had no significant difference in the score of IIEF-5 and CIPE-5（ P〈0. 05）,while after treatment,the score of observation group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.（ 3） For negative emotions： before treatment,two groups had no significant difference in the score of HAMD and HAMA（ P〈0. 05）,while after treatment,the observation group was lower than control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.（ 4） For the quality of life.two groups had no significant difference in in all areas scores of SF-36 before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while after treatment,the observation group was better than control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The treatment of prostatitis combined with modified prostatic massage can effectively improve patient＇s sexual function with significant effect,which is beneficial t
