前列舒通胶囊与α-硫辛酸在中老年2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列舒通胶囊与α-硫辛酸在2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍中老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2015年2月至2016年3月收治的82例2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍中老年患者进行研究,按随机数字表法将其分为研究组(前列舒通胶囊+α-硫辛酸)和对照组(α-硫辛酸),治疗3周后比较两组患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、内皮素(ET-1)血清水平及国际勃起功能指数表(IIEF-5)评分。结果:治疗后两组患者Hcy血清水平均降低,NOS与NO血清水平增高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者Hcy血清水平较对照组低,NOS与NO血清水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者MDA血清水平均降低,GSH-Px与SOD血清水平增高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者MDA血清水平较对照组低,GSH-Px与SOD血清水平较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者ET-1血清水平均降低,IIEF-5评分增高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者ET-1血清水平较对照组低,IIEF-5评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊可辅助α-硫辛酸提高2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍中老年患者SOD、GSH-Px、NOS与NO血清水平,降低MDA、ET-1与Hcy血清水平,对勃起功能障碍有较好治疗效果。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effects of Qianlieshutong capsules and α-lipoic acid in type 2 diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction（ ED）. Methods： 82 type 2 diabetic patients with ED in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016 were chosen and were divided into research group（ Qianlieshutong capsules and α-lipoic acid） and control group（ α-lipoic acid）. Hcy,NOS,NO,GSH-Px,SOD,MDA,ET-1 AND IIEF-5 score were compared after 3 weeks＇ treatment. Results： Hcy serum level of the two group after treatment decreased,NOS and NO serum level increased,with significant difference compared with these before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Hcy serum level of research group was lower than that of control group,and NOS and NO serum level were higher than control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. MDA serum level of two group after treatment decreased,GSH-Px and SOD serum level increased,and with significant difference compared with that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. MDA serum level of research group was lower than that of control group,and GSH-Px and SOD serum level were higher than these of control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. ET-1 serum level of two group after treatment decreased and IIEF-5 score increased,with significant difference compared with these before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. ET-1 serum level of research group was lower than that of control group,and IIEF-5 score were higher than that of control group,with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qianlieshutong capsules combined with α-lipoic acid can increase the serum level of SOD,GSH-Px,NOS and NO,decrease the serum level of MDA,ET-1 and Hcy in type 2 diabetic patients with ED,with good therapeutic effect.
