5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及性生活满意度调查

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及对性生活满意度的影响。方法:选取我院2014年12月至2016年12月收治的尖锐湿疣患者110例,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组55例,对照组给予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应及性生活满意度调查情况。结果:对照组临床总有效率为76.36%,观察组临床总有效率为92.73%,观察组与对照组相比临床总有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组红斑、水肿、烧灼痛、下腹部坠胀发生率相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。对照组性生活满意度为74.55%,观察组性生活满意度为90.91%,观察组与对照组相比性生活满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效显著,具有一定的安全性,性生活满意度较高。Objectives： To probe into and analyze the curative effect of 5-amino ketones pentanoic acid photodynamic therapy in combination with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in treating condyloma acuminatum（ CA） and its influence on sexual satisfaction. Methods： 110 patients with CA in our hospital between December 2014 and December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 55 cases. The control group was given 5-amino ketones pentanoic acid photodynamic therapy,and observationgroup received additional recombinant human interferon α-2b gel. The clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and sexual satisfaction survey was compared between the two groups. Results： The total clinical effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 76. 36% and 92. 73% respectively,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Difference in the incidence of erythema,edema,burning pain and underbelly fall-swell between the two groups was not significant（ P〈0. 05）. The sexual satisfaction was 74. 55% and 90. 91% respectively in the control and observation group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： 5-amino ketones pentanoic acid photodynamic therapy in combination with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel is of remarkable effect in treating patients with CA,which is safe and with high sexual satisfaction.
