疏肝益肾法联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝益肾法联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,两组均给予他达拉非片口服,治疗组同时予中药自拟疏肝益肾方内服。共治疗8周,两组均在治疗后进行临床疗效评价,并分别于治疗8周及停药4周后进行两组患者国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评分比较。结果:治疗组有效率为90%,对照组为63.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组治疗8周IIEF-5评分分别为(20.13±2.96)分、(17.23±3.22)分,停药4周后IIEF-5评分分别为(18.83±3.14)分、(14.67±3.09)分,治疗8周及停药4周治疗组IIEF-5评分都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝益肾法联合小剂量他达拉非治疗肝郁肾虚型勃起功能障碍,疗效明确,且不良反应小,值得进一步研究。Objectives： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with small dose of tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction（ ED） with liver-qi stagnation and kidney deficiency.Methods： A total of 60 ED patients with liver-qi stagnation and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. Both the two groups were given oral administration of Tadalafil Tablets. The treatment group was also treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The two groups were all treated for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. After 8 weeks of medication,and 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the scores of the patients in the International Index of Erectile Function-5（ IIEF-5） were obtained. Results： The clinical curative efficiency of treatment group and control group was 90% and 63. 3%,with statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After 8 weeks of treatment,the IIEF-5 score of treatment group and control group were（ 20. 13 ± 2. 96） and（ 17. 23 ± 3. 22） points. 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the IIEF-5 score of treatment group and control group were（ 18. 83 ± 3. 14） and（ 14. 67 ± 3. 09） points. The IIEF-5 score of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group after 8 weeks of treatment and after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of soothing liver and tonifying kidney combined with small dose of tadalafil in the treatment of erectile dysfunction with liver-qi stagnation and kidney deficiency is definite,with fewer side effects,which is worthy of further study.
