继发性不孕妇女自身免疫抗体及性心理状态的变化观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与研究继发性不孕妇女自身免疫抗体及性心理状态的变化情况。方法:选取2013年10月至2016年10月期间本院收治的100例继发性不孕妇女为A组,并选取同时期的100例原发性不孕妇女为B组,100名健康生育妇女为C组,然后将三组的自身免疫抗体指标阳性率、SFIT-30问卷及性心理自我评估结果进行比较,同时比较A组中不同年龄段妇女的上述评估结果。结果:A组的自身免疫抗体指标阳性率均高于B组及C组,B组高于C组,A组及B组的SFIT-30问卷及性心理自我评估结果均差于C组,且A组中不同年龄段妇女的SFIT-30问卷及性心理自我评估结果存在显著性差异,P均<0.05,但A组中不同年龄段妇女的自身免疫抗体指标阳性率无显著性差异,P均>0.05。结论:继发性不孕妇女的自身免疫抗体及性心理状态呈现相对较差的状态,应重视对继发性不孕妇女上述方面的干预与改善。Objectives： To observe and study the change in autoimmune antibody and psychosexual state of women with secondary infertility. Methods： 100 women with secondary infertility in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected as group A,100 women with primary infertility at the same time were selected as group B,and 100 healthy reproductive women were selected as group C. The positive rates of autoimmune antibody indexes,SFIT-30 questionnaire and psychosexual self-assessment results of three groups were compared,then those evaluation results of group A with different ages were compared too. Results： The positive rates of autoimmune antibody indexes of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C,the positive rates of group B were all higher than those of group C,the SFIT-30 questionnaire and psychosexual self-assessment results of group A and group B were all worse than those of group C,the SFIT-30 questionnaire and psychosexual self-assessment results of group A with different ages all had significant differences too,all P〈0. 05,while the positive rates of autoimmune antibody indexes,SFIT-30 questionnaire and psychosexual self-assessment results of group A with different ages had no significant differences,all P〈0. 05. Conclusion： The autoimmune antibody and psychosexual state of women with secondary infertility show relatively worse,so those items of women with secondary infertility should be paid to more intervention for improvement.
