摘 要:目前金川矿山充填钻孔钻进使用的设备为水源钻机,设备尺寸大,要求掘进大断面钻探硐室、钻孔联络道和找孔联络道。钻孔施工时常发生漂移,导致找孔非常困难,影响充填钻孔建设速度和质量。二矿区成功探索反井钻井施工钻孔新技术,机械化程度高,施工速度快,劳动效率高,安全可靠。二矿区将反井钻井技术成功应用于B3—4组充填钻孔的施工.保障了二矿区充填系统的稳定运行。At present, the equipment used for drilling fillinghole in Jinchuan mine is water well drilling rig, which has large e- quipment size. It requires large drilling chamber, borehole tunnel and finding hole tunnel. Drifting often occurs in borehole drilling, which leads to difficult finding hole, which affects the speed and quality of filling hole. New Technology of Raise Boring Machine Drill- ing Fillinghole is successfully explored in No. 2 Mine Area, which have high mechanization, high drilling speed, high drilling efi'icien- ey, safety and reliability. New drilling technology is successfully applied in B3-4 group filling holes and ensure stable operation of No. 2 Mine Area filling system.
