摘  要:分别用原子荧光法(AFS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水中砷和锑。AFS法和ICPMS法均线性良好,相关系数范围为0.9995~1.0000,用国家标准物质验证两种方法的可靠性与准确度。结果表明,测定值均在标准值允许范围内,两种方法准确度高、精密度好、灵敏度高,具有很强的可比性等。两种方都可以有效的监测地表水中的砷和锑。ICP-MS法可以同时进行多元素分析,但是相对成本较高。The linearity was good for antimony and arsenic determination both by AFS and ICP-MS,with correlation coefficients rang from 9995 to 1.0000.National standard materials were adopted to test and verify the precision and accuracy of the two methods,and the test results acquired were in accordance with the standard values,which showed that the two methods had high accuracy,good precision and strong comparability.Both of the methods can be used to determine arsenic and antimony in surface water samples effectively.The ICP-MS is more suitable for large scale samples and multi-elemental simultaneous analysis,but its cost is relatively higher.
