摘 要:双语双文化人才培养是推进"一带一路"倡议的需要,也是我国沿线民族地区高校发挥服务社会功能的重要方式。目前我国"一带一路"沿线民族地区高校双语双文化人才培养的理念、师资和专业都面临着现实困境,而小语种人才所具备的素养恰好和服务"一带一路"倡议的双语双文化人才的内涵具有很高的契合度,小语种人才培养的实践探索之于"一带一路"倡议下双语双文化人才培养具有重要的启示意义。The cultivation of bilingual and bicultural talents is needed to accelerate "The Belt and Road" initiative. It is also an important way for higher education institutes to perform the function of serv- ing the society in regions of ethnic groups. To comb through its connotation is the premise to promote the cultivation of bilingual and bicultural talents. However, the philosophy, teacher resources and programs of training bilingual and bicuhural talents in universities of ethnic regions are confronted with predicaments, and the qualities of minor language talents are closely connected with the connotation of the bilingual and bicultural talents serving the initiative of "The Belt and Road". The practice and exploration of training minor language talents bears much enlightenment to the training of bilingual and bicultural talents in the context of "The Belt and Road" initiative.
