摘 要:为解决大吨位船舶在低等级码头的停靠问题,通过分析船舶载重线和载重吨的相关性,提出增加船舶干舷、降低船舶载重量、签发多套载重线证书的方法,为液货船和25万吨级船舶在低等级港口的停泊提出理论依据。例举某船多套载重线检验案例,为船舶的实际操作作出参考。In order to solve the problem of the large scale ship berthing on the low-gradeport, according to the correlation analysis of ship load line and dead weight tonnage (DWT),the methods of increasing ship freeboard, reducing the dead weight and issuing multiple setsof load line certificates are proposed, which provide the theoretical basis on berthing for tank-ers and 250,000-tonne ships in low-grade port. An example of multiple sets of load line in-spections of a certain ship is given to provide reference for the actual operation of the ship,which is the reference for operation and survey.
