摘 要:移船技术一直是造船行业中的关键技术之一,其灵活性、可靠性和高精度控制等要求直接影响造船效率。当今国外主流的液压船台小车移船方法以其效率高、控制精度高、操作灵活、环境要求低等特点一直是各大型船舶制造和过驳的理想方案。依托国内首套自主研发的液压船台项目,针对原有船台小车控制复杂、维护困难等特点,创新性地设计全新的PROFINET工业无线技术和独立模块化控制系统,使得整个移船控制系统灵活可靠,易于操作和维护,并且在国内首制移船下水项目中成功实施。Ship shifting technology is one of the key technologies in shipbuilding industryand its requirements for flexibility, reliability and high-precision control have a direct impacton shipbuilding efficiency. The mainstream method of hydraulic berth bogie in foreign coun-tries has always been an ideal scheme for manufacturing and lightering of large ships for itshigh efficiency, high precision, flexible operation and low environmental requirements. Onthe basis of the first self-developed hydraulic slipway project in China, in view of the compli-cated control and maintenance difficulties of the original berth bogie , the innovative design ofnew PROFINET industrial wireless technology and independent modular control system areput forward, which makes the whole ship control system more flexible,reliable, and easy op-eration and maintenance,which is successfully implemented in the project in China.
