摘  要:在动力工程专业本科生实验教学中,学生通过台架实验掌握汽油发动机的动力性、经济性、常规排放物测试以及缸压曲线的相关知识,但缺少对发动机工作时汽油基本燃烧过程的认知。为此,开发了定容燃烧弹实验系统,通过数字示波器及各类传感器来研究燃料燃烧过程中点火能量、放热量和压力曲线等特性,并结合纹影成像系统动态了解火焰传播过程。In present experimental teaching,the students who major in power engineering can learn about engine performance,such as fuel economy,conventional emissions test and cylinder pressure curve,but they do not understand about fundamental combustion process of gasoline. Hence,a system which aims at studying fuels' combustion process was developed. The characteristics of the ignition energy,heat release and pressure could be investigated by the system.The main procedure includes recording the signal of current and voltage during the ignition progress and the pressure signal during the combustion process. In addition,flame propagation process can be observed with the help of highspeed schlieren imaging system.
