摘 要:为考察纺丝工艺条件对聚偏氟乙烯/聚乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(PVDF/EVOH)中空纤维膜的影响规律,以三乙酸甘油酯(GTA)和三乙二醇(TEG)组成混合稀释剂,借助热致相分离(TIPS)技术制备了PVDF/EVOH共混膜。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察膜形貌,并对其力学性能进行测试表征。结果表明:随着空气间隙的增大,膜机械强度先增大后减小,当空气间隙为30mm时,膜的机械强度高达3.92MPa;提高纺丝温度会使膜更加平整,膜强度提高了7%。In order to study the influence rule of spinning con- ditions on the poly (vinylidence fluoride)/poly (ethylene-co-vi- nyl alcohol) (PVDF/EVOH) hollow fiber membrane, the PVDF/ EVOH blend membrane was prePared via thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technique using glycerol triacetate (GTA) and triethylene glycol (TEG) as diluents. The morphology of the mem- brane was characterized by means oF scanning electron microscope (SEM), and its mechanical properties were tested by universal ma- terial testing machine. The results showed that the mechanical strength of the membrane first increased and then decreased with the increase of air gap distance. When the air gap was 30 mm, the membrane strength was up to 3.93 MPa. Increasing the spinning temperature made the structure of the membrane neat and the membrane strength was increased 7%.
