基于共词分析法的国内外日间手术护理研究趋势及热点分析

摘　　要：目的 分析国内外关于日间手术护理的研究热点及趋势.方法 2017年1月将Pubmed数据库及CNKI建库至2016年12月31日符合纳入标准的文献导入书目共现分析系统（BICOMB）及统计分析软件（SPSS）,得到高频主题词并进行共词分析,可视化展现本次研究结果.结果 符合纳入标准的国内外文献共2396篇.国外、国内分别截取到117个和20个高频关键词.由聚类分析结果显示,国外研究热点可以分为日间手术信息化发展、日间手术患者疼痛护理、日间手术护理人员配置管理等7个研究主题.国内研究涉及内容主要是关于日间手术围术期管理.结论 国际日间手术护理的发展日趋成熟,更多地体现在患者围手术期的系统科学化护理及人文化关怀;国内日间手术发展尚在起步阶段,对日间手术护理的探讨更多集中在业务的进展上.共词分析法能够实现对国内日间手术护理的相关研究变化及趋势的把握.Objective To analyze the hot spots and the trend of the day surgery nursing in domestic and overseas. Methods The data from the beginning of database to 31st of December 2016 of Pubmed and CNKI were searched in January 2017. The literature conforming to the inclusion criteria were imported into Bibliographic Items Co-occurrence Matrix Builder （BICOMB） and statistical product and service solutions （SPSS） and searched for high frequency key words. Co-word analysis were carried on these high frequency key words,and the result of this study was visualized. Results There were 2 396 articles met the inclusion criteria. One hundred and seventeen and 20 frequency words were picked out in the articles of overseas and in domestic respectively. The cluster analysis showed that there were 7 topics overseas,such as the development of day surgery informatization,the pain management of nursing in day surgery patients,the nursing personnel configuration management of day surgery,etc. The main topic in domestic was about day surgery perioperative management. Conclusions The development of international day surgical care is becoming increasingly mature,which is reflected in the systematic scientific nursing and humanistic care in perioperation period. In our country,however,the development of day surgery nursing is still in its infancy,and the exploration of day surgical care is more focusing on the progress of the professional technique. Co-word analysis is a necessary method to get the hot spots and trend of the researches on day surgery nursing.
