摘　　要：目的:探讨贮存式自体输血(PABD)在颅脑外科的应用。方法:回顾性分析2016-01-2017-05颅脑外科进行PABD的159例患者临床资料。结果:(1)进行PABD的颅脑外科疾病主要是脑膜瘤、胶质细胞瘤、垂体瘤和神经纤维瘤,分别占33.96%、28.93%、14.47%和11.32%。(2)脑膜瘤、胶质细胞瘤、垂体瘤及神经纤维瘤患者进行PABD自体血弃输率分别为11.11%、19.57%、26.09%和22.22%。(3)垂体瘤及神经纤维瘤组中Hb≥140g/L组的自体血弃输率显著高于Hb<125g/L组、Hb 125~140g/L组(60%vs 10.00%,14.28%,P<0.05)。结论:术前Hb水平高的垂体瘤及神经纤维瘤患者术后自体血弃输率高;颅脑外科患者进行PABD,患者受益不多;PABD需要进行改良。Objective：To investigate the application of preoperative autologous blood donation（PABD）of the patients of craniocerebral in selective operation.Method：Retrospective investigations and analysis were carried out in clinical datas of 239 patients undergoing craniocerebral surgery of PABD in selective operations from January2016 to may 2017.Result：（1）The craniocerebral diseases those carry out PABD were mainly meningioma,glioblastoma,pituitary tumor and neurofibroma,which accounted for 33.96%,28.93%,14.47% and 11.32%,respectively;（2）The rate of blood lose of the group of meningioma,glioblastoma,pituitary tumor and neurofibroma were11.11%,19.57%,26.09% and 22.22%,respectively;（3）The rate of blood lose of the group of Hb≥140 g/L is significantly higher than the groups of Hb〈125 g/L and 125-140 g/L in the pituitary tumor and neurofibroma patients（60% vs 10.00%,14.28%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The pituitary tumor and neurofibroma patients has high Hb accompanied by high rate of blood lose.At present,the application of PABD in craniocerebral is still to be improved while patients are benefit less from it.
