吸引套扎加切扎术在混合痔外痔部分手术中的应用研究

摘　　要：为探讨吸引套扎加切扎术治疗混合痔外痔部分的临床疗效,将500例混合痔患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各250例,试验组外痔采用吸引套扎加切扎术治疗,对照组外痔采用传统切扎术治疗,对比2组患者总体疗效、手术时间、术中出血、术后创口疼痛和肛缘水肿情况、创面愈合时间.结果显示,2组治愈率和显效率比较差异均无统计学意义,P〉0.05;但试验组在手术时间、创面愈合时间、术中出血、术后创面疼痛及肛缘水肿程度方面均优于对照组,P〈0.001.结果表明,套扎吸引加切扎术处理混合痔外痔部分安全可行,可取得与传统外痔切除术一样的效果,而且手术操作时间短,术中出血少,术后创口疼痛、肛缘水肿明显减轻,创面愈合快,临床应用价值高.This study was to explore the clinical effect of suction ligation and incision ＆ ligation applied in the surgery for the external ones of mixed hemorrhoids,randomly divided 500 cases of mixed hemorrhoids into trial group and control one,250 cases for each,which the former was treated with suction ligation and incision ＆ ligation, meanwhile the latter with routine incision ligation; then compared both group＇s whole effect, operative time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative wound pain degree, anal edge edema status and healing time.As resutls,in curative rate and excellent response rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〈0.05） ,but in rest observed indexes the former was all superior to the latter （ P 〈0.001）.Results show that by using suction ligation and incistion ligation managing external ones of mixed hemorrhoids is safe and feasible, its efficacy is same as routine incision ligation of external hemorrhoids,such as short time for manipulation, less intraoperative bleeding, postoperative wound pain and anal edge edema significantly reduced,and fast healing of wound surface, thus its application value is high.
