分段结扎术治疗嵌顿性混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨分段结扎术治疗嵌顿性混合痔的临床疗效,将80例嵌顿性混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,治疗组行分段结扎术治疗,对照组行传统的外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组治愈率、手术时间、创面愈合时间、术后疼痛程度及肛门功能.结果显示,2组治愈率、手术时间比较,差异均无统计学意义,P〉0.05;但在创面愈合时间、术后第9天和第14天疼痛程度、肛门功能方面,治疗组均明显优于对照组,P〈0.05.结果表明,分段结扎术治疗嵌顿性混合痔治愈率高,术后疼痛轻,创面愈合快,对肛门功能影响小,临床应用价值高.This study was to explore the clinical effect of segmented ligation in the treatment of incarcera- ted mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 80 cases of this hemorrhoids into treatment group and control one,40 cases for each,which the former adopted the segmented ligation,meanwhile the latter received routine external dissection ＆ internal ligation; then compared curative rate, operative time, wound-surface healing time,post-operative pain degree and anal function between the two groups.As results,in curative rate and operative time there was no statistical difference between two groups（ P 〈0.05）,but in wound- surface healing time,in pain degree and in anal function on the 9th and 14th day after surgery the former was all superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the segmented ligation has high curative rate, mild post-operative pain,fast wound-surface healing,and less impact on anal function, thus its clinical ap- plication value is high.
