摘  要:空调的性能直接影响电动客车的动力性、舒适性及续航里程。设计了一种区域分布式多个小容量压缩机联和调节车厢温度的空调系统,通过摄像头对车厢不同区域进行综合管理,提出了不同区域不同乘客数目单独控制压缩机的方法。分析了基于人脸识别的乘员数量统计方法,建立了空调压缩机脉宽调制(PWM)控制模型,运用模糊神经网络算法进行控制。对装有空调系统的客车进行了高温试验,结果表明:空调运行良好,能够满足人体的热舒适性评价指标,达到了预期效果。The power performance,comfort and endurance mileage of electric buses are affected by the performance of air conditioning. An air-conditioning system which is distributed multi-small-capacity compressor in different regions for bus is designed. Integrated management are carried out with a camera on different areas of the carriage. Methods for compressor controlling by number of different passengers in different regions. A statistical method for occupant number is analyzed based on face recognition. Pulse-width modulation( PWM) control model of air conditioning compressor is established. Fuzzy neural network algorithm is used to control the temperature.High temperature tests are carried out on buses which equipped with air-conditioning system. The result shows that the air conditioner works well and meets the thermal comfort evaluation index of human body,and achieves the desired results.
