摘　　要：新型仿麻沙发面料的纱线对于上浆率的控制是一个难题,需调整上浆工艺,增加上浆率,调整烘房温度,只有保证了浆料的渗透性、及浆膜具有良好的平滑性、包覆性和柔软度,才能保证后道工艺的顺利进行。本文介绍了一种新型涤纶仿麻沙发315D/96F(吉佳麻)面料开发及其工艺设计,分别从准备、织造、染色、后整理几个工序上探讨了工艺的难点,分析了其关键技术,并提出了解决方案。It is difficult to control the yarn sizing rate for the new kind of linen-like sofa fabric. Sizing process needs to be adjusted, sizing rate is increased, temperature of drying room is adjusted, permeability of sizing material is en- sured, and the sizing film has good smoothness, coherency and softness in order to ensure the success of the downstream process. This paper introduces the development of 315D / 96F fabric and its process design of a new type of polyester linen-like sofa fabric, the difficulties of the process are discussed respectively from preparation, weaving, dyeing and finishing, the key technologies and solution.
