摘 要:针对传统织针机械结构复杂、传动效率低等,以及我国袜机、大圆机等自主设计水平低下的现状,借助U型直线电机的结构特点,首先根据市场调研及实际测量,得到袜机选针系统的基本参数和性能要求,然后通过计算、选型、分析等确定出能够满足袜机性能指标的选针系统模型。该方法为袜机选针系统的结构设计、减振降噪及提高效率等方面提供了一定的理论依据。In view of the characteristics of traditional knitting needle mechanical structure and low transmission effi- ciency, and the status quo of low level of independent design of China's socks and large circular knitting machine, with the structural characteristics of U-type linear motor, according to the market research and the actual measurement, Nee- dle system of the basic parameters and performance requirements, and then through the calculation, selection, analysis to determine the performance characteristics to meet the socks machine needle selection system model. This method pro- vides a theoretical basis for the structural design, vibration and noise reduction and efficiency of hosiery needle selection system.
