摘　　要：转录因子MondoA是细胞内葡萄糖代谢的关键调控因子,与Max-like蛋白x(Mlx)形成异源二聚体调控糖酵解相关基因的表达,介导细胞代谢反应,从而维持胞内外葡萄糖稳态。由于人类代谢性疾病和癌症通常伴随着葡萄糖代谢紊乱,因此更好地理解细胞的葡萄糖感应及代谢机制,将为治疗代谢性疾病和癌症提供新的方向。论文综述了细胞中MondoA的分子特征、葡萄糖对MondoA的激活、MondoA对糖代谢的调控及其与癌症的关系,并讨论了可能的研究方向,为细胞代谢机制的研究和代谢性疾病的治疗提供参考。The transcription factor MondoA is a key regulator of intracellular glucose sensing.MondoA-Mlx heterodimers transcriptionally activate a number of important glycolytic target genes, maintain the intracel- lular glucose homeostasis.As known,disturbed glucose homeostasis plays a central role in human metabolic diseases and carcinogenesis, a better understanding of the mechanism by which cells sense and response the extracellular glucose will provide new therapeutic opportunities for these diseases. In this review, we dis- cussed the molecular characteristics of MondoA, regulation of transcriptional activity of MondoA by glu- cose,the role of MondoA in activation of glycolytic target genes and the relationship between MondoA and cancers.We also discussed possible directions for future research,providing the basis for the study of cellu- lar metabolism mechanism and the treatment of metabolic diseases.
