摘 要:为查明造成甘肃省某奶牛场出血性乳房炎的病因、病原菌及药物敏感性,为该场的本次发病提供有效的防治措施和建议。调查发病情况并采集本场5例患病奶牛的乳样,通过细菌分离、生化鉴定、16S rDNA序列分析等方法进行病原菌检测,并进行小鼠致病性试验,然后选取20种抗菌药物对分离菌株进行药物敏感性试验。结果表明,未发现造成乳房出血的环境因素和机械性损伤,从5例病牛的乳样中均分离出β溶血性金黄色葡萄球菌,且对小鼠有较强的致病性,分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、阿莫西林、克林霉素的耐药率均为100%,对庆大霉素的耐药率为40%,对苯唑西林、头孢类等其他16种药物敏感。结合我国《无公害农产品兽药使用准则》(NY/T5030-2016),建议使用苯唑西林,配合使用止血药物,并且减少挤乳次数,检查维护挤奶设备,病情得以控制,为进一步有效预防和治疗金黄色葡萄球菌引起的出血性乳房炎提供参考。To investigate and clearify the pathogeny and/or pathogens of hemorrhagic mastitis and sensitive drugs for a dairy farm in Gansu province,and provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the dis- ease.Five milk samples from the sick cows were collected for bacterial detection after investigation of etiol- ogy.The pathogens were clearified by bacterial isolation, biochemical identification and sequence analysis of 16 S rDNA,and the pathogenicity and the susceptibility of 20 kinds of antibacterial agents were evaluated by mice test and K-B method respectively.The result showed that Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from every blood milk sample,which has the characteristic of β-hemolysis,and there was strong pathogenicity to mice, and all of StaphyZococcus aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin(100%), amoxicillin(100 %), lin- comycin(100 %), gentamicin(40 % ), sensitive to oxacillin, cephalosporin and other antibacterial agents. Ac- cording to veterinary drug usage approval for the dairy cow in our country, oxacillin was advised to the farmer,together with hemostatics, reduced the number of milking, checked and maintained milking equip- ment,the disease was controlled.The case provided the reference for effective prevention and treatment of hemorrhagic mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus.
