摘  要:枢椎因解剖结构和功能的特殊性,其骨折成为了一类比较复杂的脊柱外科疾病。枢椎骨折的手术治疗成为脊柱外科中具有挑战性的治疗方法。因为解剖结构及其生态中不乏存在变异结构,在经颈椎后路置钉手术治疗的方法中,手术风险也大大增加。数字化医学作为新兴的学科和技术,发展极为迅速,并已在脊柱骨折的治疗中得到成功应用,经过不断地实践,从而完善和创新。其中,在经颈后路手术治疗枢椎骨折中应用Minics、有限元分析、快速成形等数字化技术不仅可以大大提高手术定位的精度,而且可以减少手术并发症,从而提高手术成功率。尤其是存在骨质疏松的患者,术中一次性成功置钉的重要性更加明确。Due to the specificity of the anatomical structure and function,the fractures become a class of more complex spinal surgical diseases.Surgical treatment of vertebral fractures has become a challenging treatment for spinal surgery.Because of the anatomical structure and its ecology,there is no variation in the structure,in the posterior cervical spine surgery method,the risk of surgery is also greatly increased.Digital medicine as a new discipline and technology,the development is extremely rapid,and has been in the treatment of spinal fractures have been successfully applied,through continuous practice,so as to improve and innovate.Among them,the application of Minics,finite element analysis,rapid prototyping and other digital techniques can not only improve the accuracy of surgical localization,but also reduce the complication of operation and improve the success rate of operation.Especially in patients with osteoporosis,the importance of one-time success of the first set of nail is more clear.
