摘　　要：随着"互联网+"战略的深入推进,流媒体点播在互联网用户中得到广泛的应用,而由此带来了较大带宽消耗、运营商资源紧张、服务质量差等新的问题。P2P技术采用完全分布式结构,即本身弱化了服务器的作用,甚至是取消了服务器,网络节点能够得到其他节点的服务和相关资源,同时又是服务或资源的供给者。With the advancing of＂Internet plus＂strategy, Streaming Media VOD is widely used in Internet users,which brings the new problem of large bandwidth consumption, resource shortage of operators, poor quality of service. P2 P technology uses a fully distributed architecture, that is to say,itself weakens the function of the server, or even cancels the server, so the network node can get other node services and related resources, and at the same time it is the provider of service or resources.
